Chateau Mar Beach Hotel Newly Refurbished - Ormond Beach

The bed was comfortable, and the views of the ocean from our room were great! The staff was very friendly and cute. The hotel's outdoor pool was nice too.

Clean room, large, nice shower, seaside but on the ground floor overlooking the parking lot. Well soundproofed, quiet.

Lunch would have to be rethought, not much room to sit at the reception desk. I used the room tray to bring things in and we ate in our room. We asked for the second floor but without success.

This was a really good stay on my vacation. The bedroom was airy and stylish. The views of beach and ocean were splendid!

I enjoyed my stay with a beautiful ocean view. The staff provided excellent service, promptly returning a phone left behind. However, the cleanliness of the room could be improved, with some dust and hair found in the shower. The pool area also needs better maintenance to enhance the overall experience.

Breakfast with only cereal bars or frozen hamburgers as food . Too bad otherwise fruit juice and a great coffee or chocolate machine.

The location was particularly good, right on the ocean shore, in the very very nice area. The entire staff was respectful and efficient. I was given a tastefully decorated and well-kept room with a futon, lost water and shower.

In my wife's opinion, the setup for families could definitely use some improvement. It would be great to provide beach towels as standard .

The comfort of the bed

It's an old building and lunches are pretty basic.

Hearing the neighbours talking as if they were in our room (and they were talking normally...). Breakfast that doesn't deserve its "continental" label: no bread, butter or jam or fresh fruit.

The beach view was fine despite being overlooked by a parking lot, and the king bed was comfortable. The resort's amenities were lacking. There was no coffee available until 8 AM, and the pool area became crowded with non-guests taking over it at night. Although the furniture was dated, the fridge was spacious and convenient.

Couple getaway, decent experience

The views are wonderful especially from our room. We enjoyed the little kitchen alcove for snacks while watching the waves.

It wasn't exactly cheap but we managed to make it work.

I had a last-minute stay and really liked the super comfy beds and the access to the pool anytime! The room was clean, and the coffee in the lobby was fantastic.

This was a marvellous and stunning location near to the beach, near Daytona, stores and bridge and the ghetto. Really enjoyed the way our spotless king room in the enclosed space was. The staff there were polite and exceptional.
